An organic Mediterranean cottage in the heart of Coral Gables
The layout of this Mediterranean contemporary home was completely rethought in order to unlock function and create a better space plan. By repositioning non-structural walls, we were able to create spacious and open rooms for both productivity and relaxation.
Casa Perla
Warm herringbone parquet floors set the foundation for a serene office and meeting area, paired with custom wood furniture and minimalist built-ins. Soft daylight and muted tones create an atmosphere that feels both sophisticated and functional. Every element is intentionally quiet, yet precise.
Soft daylight filters through Sunday Studio’s custom-made drapery, enhancing the warm parquet floors and layered textiles. Built-ins and sculptural furniture complete a calm, intimate retreat designed for comfort. Every detail is intentionally quiet and tactile.
This bathroom is designed as a fully functional wet room, integrating the shower and tub into a continuous waterproof envelope.
