A resort-style estate that brings a new definition to indoor-outdoor living
The Pavilion reimagines a modest residence as an expansive family estate, where contemporary tropical architecture meets old world Florida soul. Working with an asymmetrical lot, we transformed the original structure into a 6,000-square-foot composition of interconnected spaces that feel both grand and intimate at once. Native Florida keystone grounds the exterior, its textured surface telling stories of local heritage while standing resilient against local climate. Inside, carefully detailed wood cladding creates rhythm throughout - from wall panels to millwork - each element adding warmth to the contemporary volumes. The sprawling architecture reveals itself gradually. What emerges is distinctly Miami, yet far from expected - a family estate that captures luxury resort ambiance while maintaining the innate feeling of a home.
The Pavilion

We designed a sculptural travertine tub, custom-shaped from honed stone to anchor the space. A two-sided shower entry creates a fluid circulation path, while continuous plaster walls unify the room. All lighting—niches, ceiling drops, and feature accents—was precisely coordinated to emphasize the natural textures and maintain a soft, atmospheric glow.

A custom executive office anchored by silver travertine and warm wood tones, designed to evoke leadership, calmness, and clarity. Integrated lighting and tailored millwork create a composed environment ideal for decision-making and creative work.

We composed this guest room with a bespoke plaster blend and a layered palette of natural tones, linens, and textured upholstery. The soft architecture and curated lighting create a tranquil environment that elevates the guest experience. The result is a space that feels both inviting and undeniably refined.
