We offer three tiers, each priced at a different price per sq/ft: design, rendering, and architecture work; full-service renovation; or comprehensive ground-up design and build.

• Custom cabinets, closets, and kitchens: 1-month for design + 2 months for installation.

• Home design, blueprints, 3D renders, and build guide: 2-3 months.

• Full home renovation: 1-2 months for final designs and blueprints + 3-6 months for to build.

• Ground-up build: 2-4 months for final designs and blueprints + 6-12 months to build.
