Our interior design service sets the foundation for your project. We solve the essential challenges by studying your property's potential and limitations and creating proper spatial relationships, implementing ergonomics, and building visual harmony in the space. We then curate furniture, lighting, appliances, and decor. At the end of the project, you’ll have the design necessary to get started, including the layout and space plan, the finish list containing all items needed as designed by our team, photorealistic 3D renderings, and a schematic plan.

WHAT’S INCLUDED
Measurements
We collect existing blueprints and floor plans and schedule an on-site appointment to record detailed measurements and other important data. We then create a dimension plan of the space.
Concept Development
After our initial consultation and review of your preferences and questionnaire responses, we will create a mood board that outlines the strategy and creative direction for each space included in the scope of work.
Layout Plan
Once we have assessed the key attributes of the space and your vision and goals, we will create multiple floor plan options that reflect the new proposed arrangement of walls, doors, cabinetry, and furniture. Based on your input, we can either select the most favored option or assemble a revised layout based on the features that you loved the most from the proposed floor plans. Up to 2x revisions are included.
Photorealistic 3D Visualization
First, we create a visualization of one of the main areas, usually the kitchen or the primary bedroom. Then, we discuss your feedback and fine-tune any details needed before proceeding to design the remaining spaces. You'll receive photorealistic renderings of every space from an unlimited number of angles. We include up to 2x revisions for each space to ensure your satisfaction with the final design.
Specification of Furniture, Lighting, and Materials
We will create a final design plan that includes a dimension and furniture arrangement plan, as well as specifications for materials, finishes, furnishings, lighting fixtures, and decor needed to implement the project. This documentation is used to communicate the design to contractors and vendors.
