WHAT’S INCLUDED
Mood Board
After our initial consultation and review of your preferences and questionnaire responses, we will create a mood board that outlines the strategy and creative direction for each space included in the scope of work.
Site Plan
Once we have assessed the key attributes of the space as well as your vision and wishes, we will create two site plan options that exhibit the arrangement of cabinetry, furniture, hardscape elements, and a schematic placement of plants. Based on your input, we can either select the most favored option or assemble the final layout based on the features that you loved from each of the proposed site plans. One additional iteration is included.
Photorealistic 3D Visualization
We will start by creating a visualization for a key space. Then, we discuss your feedback and fine-tune the details before proceeding to design the remaining spaces. You will receive detailed and photorealistic renderings of every space. We include 2 iterations to ensure your satisfaction with the final design.
Specification of Furniture, Fixtures, Appliances, and Materials
We will create a final design plan that includes a dimension and furniture arrangement plan, as well as specifications for materials, finishes, furnishings, lighting fixtures, and all appliances needed for the implementation of the project. This documentation will be used to communicate the design to contractors, estimators, and vendors.
Planting Plan
We will provide a plan that outlines the location, quantity, and other characteristics of vegetation to be planted in the landscape.
Shop drawings for Custom Items
We create detailed shop drawings that provide fabricators with the information necessary to manufacture, fabricate, assemble, and install all the custom components related to your project, including custom millwork and furniture.
Comprehensive Implementation Plan
The implementation plan ensures that contractors understand the intricacies of your project, which helps eliminate errors and delays. It includes all key drawings and is an actionable plan with relevant and detailed information, minimizing surprises and maximizing efficiency.
